We are dedicated to providing each client with innovative design solutions based on our understanding of the intricate relationship between people and environmental factors.  Our staff combines training in the physical and life sciences with a thorough understanding of environmental design, construction technology, and project management to provide the service demanded by today's market on schedule and within budget.

RHA Community Works is a multi-disciplinary landscape architecture and planning firm with a long history of producing exemplary work for public and private clients throughout California.

The firm is led by Managing Partners Doug Grove, RLA, LEED AP and Scott Rice, RLA, LEED AP, CASp, who bring decades of professional experience and leadership to the firm. The practice employs a collaborative, team-based approach under the direction of its managing partners and associates, ensuring thoughtful design solutions and consistent project delivery.

Located in the City of Riverside, RHA Community Works is supported by a staff of twenty-one (21) professionals, including twelve (12) licensed landscape architects. Education and Training

RHA Community Works provides educational training sessions for professional organizations such as the California Park and Recreation Society (CPRS), Southern California Municipal Athletic Federation (SCMAF), Building Industry Association (BIA), United States Green Building Council (USGBC), and others. In addition, the firm delivers tailored Accessibility training courses for both public and private sector clients, customized to address specific regulatory requirements, operational needs, and project types.

We can also provide in-house trainings for agency and client staff.
